Coca Cola

I was just wondering if there are any big Coca Cola heads out there. I recently went to Niagara Falls (Canadian side) and they have this little Coke store where you could get all these sorts of Coke goodies. They also had a fountain stand just like in the 50s where you can order drinks, floats etc all made with Coke.

Point is, when I was there they had the option to add 'flavor shots' to your Coke. I chose Strawberry figuring it would probably taste alright. It tasted awesome. I have no clue why Coke hasn't made this a run like Vanilla Coke but what I want to know now is where can you get a recipe or packets of flavor shots?

I want to try and make my own Strawberry Coke but I have no idea where to start. I tried Google, but not much of use came up. Has anyone tried any funky Cokes and really enjoyed them?

My aunt and uncle from Colombia have an entire basement of Coca-Cola paraphenalia, literally shelves and shelves worth. Some of it is actually really old/valuable. Clocks, statues, bottles, you name it, they have it.

More on-topic, they have flavor shots at most 7-11's. I'm not really into them though.

8 oz Coca-Cola
Flavoring Of Choice

If you have maraschino cherry juice left, a tablespoon of the juice
added to the coke will make a cherry coke. For a vanilla coke, add
1/2 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract. For a chocolate coke, add a
thin chocolate syrup such as Fox's or Bosco, to taste in the coke.

Yield: 1 Serving

My girl is huge into Coke merchandise, especially some of the more vintage stuff. Since we have way more stuff over here than they do in Japan, it makes it easy when looking for a gift for her.

Go to practically any diner or similar place and they do this all the time. Denny's is one that I know of that's national... Friendly's is a regional one (northeast). I get Strawberry Sprite and my girlfriend gets Strawberry Coke all the time. Also, they've been doing Vanilla for years, and it was much better than that crap that Coke put out themselves.

For years I thought I liked Pepsi better, and I'm not even sure why. An ice cold Coke in a glass bottle was all it took to turn it around. That shit is insane. I cut down on my non-diet soda intake by a ton, mostly just Reed's ginger ale anymore, but every now and then I'll grab a pack of bottles and they are so fucking good.

Though, they've still got me when it comes to diet, too. Coke Zero is the best diet cola on the market.

Completely. So is the Lime Pepsi. Vanilla Pepsi is pretty decent. Better than Vanilla Coke. And the Pepsi version of the Black Cherry Vanilla completely rapes that of Coke's. I've been to the World of Coke here in Atlanta a couple of times. The tour culminates in a room with free fountains featuring every Coke product from around the world. Some pretty good stuff in there.

I don't drink sodas much but Coke is better than Pepsi. RC is quite possibly the best. R(oyal) C(rown) + Crown Royal = A drink I could drink all day every day and love it it's so perfect, just add a little slice of lime. I swear they are made for each other.

I don't like Coke or Pepsi. Or Mountain Dew, or Surge/Vault, or Dr. Pepper, or any flavored cola variety... Root beer or lose, really. I'm not into soda. If I don't have water as a convenient choice and no root beer around, Sierra Mist > Sprite, though.

I worked at a Coca Cola sales (where they ship deliver sodas) and right next door was the production (where they make the sodas). I dont think they have those packet shots or anything like that.

You can go to Disney and go to the Coca Cola and try their different sodas from different countries.

I will. I am going to try with 1/2 tablespoon of strawberry juice per 2 cans of coke. It *may* be too sweet as strawberry excess fluid is very sweet. I think they may use a not as sweet strawberry extract or something similar to that.

Strawberry Coke is amazing, so it's worth it. I loved it.

I don't like the taste as much as Sprite, but Sprite is too fizzy or something, it's too sharp. I burp like -crazy- if I have carbonated stuff, and Sierra Mist doesn't do it to me nearly as much as Sprite, hence the preference.

Forgot all about 7-Up. Haven't had that shit in ages. My grandma used to have the diet cherry 7-Up all the time, I might try some again (do they still make that?).

I didn't know that, I thought it was a new product. I love Vault, and since it's always like half-priced all over town it's hard to pass up.

I only like regular coke with certain foods, like chinese food. Otherwise, Pepsi ftw.

I can't drink diet anything, it always gives me a sore throat and other bothersome symptoms. Which is too bad because way too many calories in the leaded stuff.

I'm nearly positive that there are Weis Markets in Maryland. If you can find one, try their birch beer, it's awesome, not to mention dirt cheap. When I'm at home I drink far too much of the diet birch beer.
