Nintendo doesn't have new hardware. It has a Gamecube with a shitty controller. The funny thing is that countless people are looking forward to spending more on this than they did on the Gamecube 5 years ago. Now THAT'S stupid.

I don't remember for the US but in Japan it was all about using it as a DVD player. The Japanese launch had ass for games.

You may not be excited about the Wii, but I've talked to a few people who have tried it out (Wii Sports, Madden, Rayman) and they had a blast playing it. Me, I enjoy playing games whether they be on the 360, PS3, or Wii, so I am excited about the Wii. I think its going to be a good system to just mess around with friends on, and I can't even begin to imagine the carnage playing a fun party game while being trashed.
