all hell broke loose in my moth, i fucking have 6 canker sores and they hurt like fuck! i'm using some medication that i got from CVS which numbs the bastards, but an hour or two later it's pain all over again. I'm also a coffee drinker, and every sip is torture.
this is the first time i get that many, usually 2 max.
do any of you guys get canker sores?

Get a prescription for a mild sedative. 0.5 Klonopin or something. Less people will think you've got the herp.
when i get stressed i start biting on my lip, when i bite my lip i get canker sores. Also when i some time brush and accidentaly hit my gums with the toothbrush, i tend to get a sore in that same spot....sucks!
I work in a Pharmacy and one of the Pharmacist that i work with said that drinking butter milk will get rid of a canker sore. You'll have to be the one to tell me if it works or not cuz I can't remember if I've ever had one, so I've never tried it.

actually i only drink one cup of coffee, 2 max. I usually make it a bit strong, but not espresso strong. I've had days where i didnt drink coffee at all and it didn't bother me much, but i prefer drinking it cuz it's a faster "wake up" sort of thing. You guys gave him bad advice 4 years ago, canker sores can be cause by herpes; and with large sudden breakouts it is usually the case. The difference is that canker sores start as ulcers and die as ulcers, herpes ulcers start as a small group of little blisters that turn into a vesicle then turn into an ulcer. Also, canker sores caused by herpes will exclusively be on your gums or top of your mouth, while normal canker sores will be in the soft tissues of your mouth.
Someone's been doing research for whatever reason.
