I don't think it's staged. In the beginning of the video it appears a fight is about to break out between the two guys who get their ass kicked, so that could explain why someone was randomly videotaping them. The guy who kicked their asses clearly has boxing training (and is pretty damn good to boot). It looked like he was landing, too, so unless they agreed to actaully get their asses beat on film I don't think it was staged.
The only reason this looks staged is because it looks like a total accident that the guy was gesturing at the same time the girl was walking by, accidently bumped her, then the guy w/o any kind of "What the fuck was that?!?!?" discourse proceeds to start beathing them up.
