All three have been charged with aggravated battery on an officer, which is a felony, and possession of marijuana. Both officers were checked out at a local hospital and released.

The taste is really distinctive. If nothing else I'm sure they know what it looks like, so when they bit into a burger that tasted funny I'm sure they checked to see what they were eating.

Or they had smoked pot before. Alot of people have, including cops.
