Sega Arcade Board Creators

I'm not looking for game developer credits, but info on the people who actually did the R&D and developed the arcade board themselves, specifically System-16. System 16 doesn't have anything, and I've come up empty handed everywhere else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I never investigated Sato much but that made me realize just how important he has been to the company.

Thanks Neo. I really wanted to compile a list of his credits, but it's almost impossible to find any information on who worked on what arcade board, and Sato's past is more mysterious than Batman's.
