This is just a hypothetical downside since it speeds up your heart rate and seems logical that any amphetamine may very well cause those problems with prolonged use. In reality the drug hasn't been in use for nearly long enough to say if there are any real long term side effects.

i love white tea and green tea. those are yummy, have a little caffeine but not too much, and are calming. plus, the health benefits are great. i don't like tea that's really bitter or anything. i can't remember what i think of earl grey. it's been a while since i drank any.

i also drink that sleepy time tea stuff at night to help me sleep better.

I actually love tea, myself. Green, white, and black. Chai is incredible for relaxation, and tea just generally makes me feel good.

It's very, I don't know, spiritual, I guess.

Earl Grey is a sweeter tea. Not like over the top or anything, but it's nice and mild. Give it a whirl. :-)

Coffee sucks, though. That's my only submission.
