HOLY SHIT PICTURES
(and a shit ton of em at that)
So I haven't really put up any pictures of Japan yet, so here's my attempt to rectify that a bit.
To start off here's a gallery of some pics of a fall festival that was recently just held in Hyuga (where I live)

Then this last weekend I just had a good friend of mine from school, Han, come visit me from Tokyo with his girlfriend Kanako this last weekend so I have a ton of pics from that.
First of all here's a gallery of pics from when we went to visit Umagase, which is a gorge that's just 5 minutes away from my Apartment (note I suceeded in avoiding the camera the whole time that day):

Then we made a trip up to Nobeoka and Mukabaki to the north (I did end up in some pictures here):

Next up is a gallery of pictures from when we went to visit Mt Aso which is an active volcano about 3 hours away from where I live and then stopped in the town of Takachiho on the way back (I unfortunately did end up in a few pics in this gallery as well):

And finally here's some pics of our visit to Aoshima Island and Shrine to the south:

ENJOY!!!!
And if anyone wants to see bigger, better quality versions of any of these pics just let me know.
And just to add an actual pic to this long post of words... here's me and Han showing off our down home Iowan sides:

Japan is such a cool country to visit. The city is just jampacked with cool stuff and the country side is serene and beautiful.
Agreed, I'm saving up money now so I can visit you when I graduate from College.
wow, you've got some beautiful photos in there.
i've always wanted to visit japan. hopefully one day i can save up enough money to do it. it'd be interesting and some of the scenery is just gorgeous.
Japan has way too many Japanese in the country to make it intersesting.
Here's hoping I can visit Italy in May. :)
