I got my Wii and Zelda at 10am today.
I got a disc read error the second time I put Wii Sports in. I ejected it and then put it back in and it worked fine. Anyone else have this problem? Think it's anything to worry about?
So far Zelda is rad and Wii Sports is a neat diversion.

A Wal-Mart near me is supposedly getting more Wii stuff in tonight, so here's to hopin'.
Other then the lack of component cables, this is the best launch ever imo.

I am really happy with my Wii so far. Despite the lackluster VC titles available at the moment, I see great potential in it and can't wait to get my hands on som games I haven't played in ages or just never got a chance to play. Wii sports is a blast. Baseball is ok, but I really enjoyed Tennis and Bowling. Zelda is certainly living up to all the hype. No GoW mind you, but I haven't had this much fun playing Zelda since OOT. Way to go Nintendo.
I think it's really cool that you can use GC controllers for NES, SNES, and N64 games because I really love my Hori digital pad. Being able to use that is awsome.
Has anyone been able to connect to the VC store? When ever I go to the store channel it just sits there saying connecting please wait for ever I just want to check it out see what it's like and download opera for free
And yeah I'm really happy with my Wii, Wii sports has been a blast so far and I'm fucking stunned with Zelda. If only component Cables had been readily available.
