I doubt you have even read about this situation. Kerry was supposed to back certain democrats this week. Obviously he's the black plague to politics right now. He wouldn't get elected to county dog warden in Massachusetts if he was running against Bush for christ's sake. However his Heinz ketchup flavored spin brigade is acting as is he's in the right and he's pulling out because of lack of party support. In reality he has committed political suicide and I lol at his very mention. Great party they have going there.

Biff's vagina has reached critical mass. Political suicide? Are you a moron? He's a Massachusetts liberal who no one takes seriously. Kerry won't take a hit for this at home, and the national Dems won't take a hit for it among independents or the base.

Really, dems didn't give much of a shit about him before the presidential run (his best years were definitely behind him at that point) and when he got the nomination most of us let out a collective "whut." He was the "at least it's not Al Sharpton" candidate, and since he lost we were mostly glad that we wouldn't hear from him again. I don't know of any democrats who were itching to rally around him.
