I agree. McCain has done everything in his power to destroy his image of being outside the Bush type republican (even if it was never true). His advantage WAS that he could lure the center over to his side overwhelmingly but I'm not sure that is as true anymore.

McCain has his faults, however he is still the most viable candidate for president. I support him simply for the fact he hates the religious right, who are ruining the U.S.
