I have no hate for the chainsaw, it's just that the only way it's going to get me is if it either sneaks up behind me, it's like a 4v1, or if there's some ridiculous lag where I shotgun the guy and he still gets me. The shotgun abuse is a big part of why I don't like playing on Execution (especially with 5 second bleedout), but then of course it's just as strong on any game mode. But don't get me wrong, I'm definitely not trying to call anyone out or anything, just kinda curious about all the chainsawing since you guys are pretty good players otherwise. Of course most of it did come from URmomsbox though, haha.

If you let someone get close to you they can kill you any number of ways, melee, grenade tag, pistol whip, shotgun blast. Really, choosing the chainsaw over the other options doesn't make you a bad player. It's part of the game. The lag when you're not the host does suck, though.

Yes of course, but it is almost always the worst choice because of the start-up time and the animation time afterwards, along with the fact that getting shot during any melee animation stuns you. But that's enough of that, chainsawing people is good fun.

I fucking hate the host advantage in this game though. :(
