Sorry bout that tonight. Cousin came over...HAD to play Gears.
Saturday's session with M16 Launcher had to be one of the most annoying sessions of Gears of War ever. The guy's really good, but he wouldn't stopped bitching. He complained about shotgun fire, torque bows as switched weapons, and even chainsaw kills. I think he even complained about the long bleed out time.
I hope we never see him again (especially if he's on the opposing team).
Rouge Trooper was pretty annoying also, ElCapitan gave him the boot.
Will all future games be in public rooms? I can really use those achievements.
20 or 30 bleedout time is great. Swapping Torque Bow for the Boltok is stupid.
There was a rumor that the Ranked achievements were going to be updated so that you could get them in unranked games, but I don't think that will actually happen. I would be kind of sad since I'm pretty sure I'd already have all the achievements a loooong time ago, but it'd still be nice.

See, I can use you and Cowdisease in my explanation of why 5 second bleedout isn't quite ideal. This makes me think of the 3v3 on Clocktower where you and Cow went downstairs and took absolutely forever, or maybe you guys just planned on staying downstairs for whatever reason. I went upstairs alone and killed one (I think it was Necro), and downed K3V and Netwurked. By that time I had no bullets left and my melee on K3V whiffed, so I had to do it again to kill him. As I got over to Netwurked he starts to get up and the host advantage kicks in and somehow he doesn't die when I shoot him and I get chainsawed. Then both of you guys got killed. The Torque Bow swap just absolutely rapes the balance on every map where there's a Boltok (yes, it's the revolver/magnum). A better swap would be Hammerburst for Boltok and then Torque Bow for Hammberburst, but even then it would kill the balance. For example, on Clocktower with that swap if you control the top then you gain control of the best two power weapons for that map.
