Annex is fun for but gets old real quick on maps like escalation. Execution still reigns supreme imo. Did they make changes to assassination with this update?

Yeah, we played some of that the night before. They changed it so that anyone can pick up the weapons whenever instead of only after the leader does, and the leader can now revive himself. But it still sucks.

Tyro Station is easily the best map for Annex...but I'm ready for some straight-up Execution next time I think.

It's too bad you can't change gametypes during a session. It would have been nice to play some Execution rounds and then switch it up with an occasional Annex round. I'm surprised that haven't patched the game with the option yet.

By the way, I'll finally be on tonight. My class is ending, so I've been busy recently.

I've been bored. I had high hopes for the patch but when it didn't fix anything (except superjump) and ruined the cover system...

Yeah, that was pretty fun. First time I played since the update. I dont think I'm going to go back to the game until theres more maps though. Vegas has a bunch of new stuff coming out this week so I'll be playing that, so should the rest of you.

Things ended up not working out. S1N1STA1 and I were determined to finish the last of Terrorist Hunt in R6, and once we got it, went out own ways. I've been messing around with Vista since then, so tonight didn't work out. I have 3 hours of class tomorrow, and then 9.5 hours of work, so I will be down to play around 10 if people are still on.

I just had the sickest snipe ever on bishop. He got to his sniper on Fuel Depot late and for whatever reason decided to roll, and I got the headshot mid-roll while he was in the sniper trailer. lololol

There used to be a Chinese buffet near me and I loved it and they loved my friends and I. We'd hang there for hours, playing cards and watching TV until they closed. I fucking miss that place so much.

Dont get me wrong... the crab legs and seafood were incredible... that is until some fat white nasty whorechunk sneezes or grabs her stank snatch and dives in for the taking... (that's what I assume got me sick.... the whorechunk!)

Sorry to say Bacon McShig was the underdog. Our team stealthfully gained a tactical advantage as we bum-rushed with our smoke grenades-a-ready. All at once and one for all we tagged Bacon with 4 smoke grenades. From this day forward, a team smoke tag shall be called ..... "A Bacon Rape"

Yeah... that shit was pretty funny... I could barely catch my breath. good times.

Best thing ever to happen in Gears to this day. I couldn't see jack as I was trying to chase after Bacon and so much damn slow down.

Just learn the maps and talk with your teammates. The skill cap in this game is relatively low -- IMO only the sniper, torque bow, and pistol require any type of skill -- so you'll catch on quick. Don't take cover all the time (stand behind cover, but don't actively take cover; the latter impedes movement) and learn to blindfire the shotgun (shots go in the exact middle of the screen if you're not using your reticle. Accuracy suffers if you move while shooting but that doesn't matter with the shotgun). Once you get that stuff down you're good to go. :tu:
