Ok, so I now have a decent HDTV. I have component cables and the VGA cables for the 360. I can use either or. Which is the better choice?
VGA, though you probably won't notice much of a difference either way.

VGA it is. Really going to need every input on the TV, so having the 360 on VGA will open a (component) slot on the system selector.

Well, I plug the VGA cable into the TV, and I get nothing. No sound, no picture. The 360 is set at 480p. The TV, when set to VGA, does not say 'No Signal'.Quote:
