Well, yeah, but that doesn't mean we should be denied the opportunity to pay for temporary copies of Employee of the Month (HD).

So my 360 just crapped out, out of nowhere. The DVD drive died, it reads everything as "Unplayable Disc." Are people at Wal-Mart still stupid?
Very much so. If you've got the cash, just buy a new one - keep your receipt - swap your system out (keep your HD, place new HD on broken system and vice versa), wait in line, return for refund.
You can do that? I paid about $250 for mine. This is an interesting plan.
A noob who just about paid $100 for a premium 360. :) Probably gonna go to Wal-Mart at the end of the week.
Has anyone confirmed that Xbox Live doesn't keep track of serial numbers? I read a couple months ago about a guy that stole an Xbox 360 and got caught when he went on live with it (MS matched the serial number).
Well, that was fast. Got my 360 back today. The serial # ends in 07, which I'm taking as a good sign. The whole process was done in 8 business days, very nice.
I downloaded the MLB 2K7 demo - the graphics totally screw up for me. It's like the polys are just expanding all ovder the place, filing the screen with a few big triangles. The intro, overlays & menus are fine, it's just the main game visuals that are busted. Anyone else heard of this?
