I added everyone on the list. Where do I go to set the blue light? It doesnt blink or anything when I'm online

It only lights up when you receive a message and/or Mii from someone else. You can find the setting under Wii Options: Wii Settings: WiiConnect24: Slot Illumination. Once you've updated the option, let me know and I'll send you a brief message. Make sure that your system is on standby. It should light up bright blue (it's pretty cool in the dark) notifying you that you've received something.
