I know my Vectrex has analog sticks. I do give credit to Nintendo for actually making the analog stick control fully functional and useful for games. Every early attempt at analog control sucked until N64, IMO.Quote:

The releases for the system didn't die until last week. It has Call of Duty 3, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Need For Speed: Carbon, NBA 2k7, Lego Star Wars II, etc. I'm not really sure what more people would expect from a system that's 1 year out of date. Just look at the upcoming PS2 releases. :yuck:

MS bailed on the XBox, because it was a money pit. Did they want to beat Sony to the market? Yes! But outright dropping support for existing XBox owners and not showing 3rd parties that your company still has faith in the product, doesn't exactly give me a hard-on for the 360.
Afaik, it's November 2006 and the Xbox launched November 15th, 2001 and there are still Xbox games being released. That's 5 years, no? Or are you strictly talking about Microsoft software support?
Microsoft software support in general. The real letdown is,that the best thing about Xbox was LIVE and games that support it are down to a trickle. COD3 is a blast on LIVE, but I'd have to say that it's probably going to be the last title to support it. Other than that, most of the online content was from last holiday season with titles like Burnout 3:Revenge, SW: Battlefront 2 and Battlefield 2. Outrun 2:CtoC was DOA.Quote:
