Much like last year's Xbox 360 debut, it's as if there will be "multiple launches" for the PS3. Many stores are expected to put a second shipment of PS3s on sale this Friday, so you might see some more camping by consumers.

Maybe if stores were given shipments at random without any prior announcement this'll give buyers something to do (easter egg hunt) instead of camping around like they have no purpose in life.
I heard on one radio station, that Gamestop was supposedly holding back units of the PS3 for Black Friday. I highly doubt that though. Don't they have a ton of pre-orders to fill?

Was at Best Buy this morning for a monitor, asked about them anyway and they said they didn't get them.
No PS3s came into my area, but all the EB/Gamestop stores got Wiis in earlier this week & held them untill today. Orders to hold them came in an email from HQ.
