It's really tempting to be able to use those old controllers, but I'm already in love with the classic controller for the same price. I'll buy those if they ever hit stores for 10 bucks though.

I finally found a classic controller, and classic controller > NES pad. I think I'd rather use the SNES pad specifically for SNES games, but it's so close I wouldn't bother picking up the adapter. I'm tempted to pick one up for use in the Megaman X collection though, since the classic controller doesn't work with Gamecube games.
