Was Kameo (360) a port of a Gamecube game?
Kameo couldn't be done on a Gamecube. Zelda can. Nintendo just wanted a flagship game at launch, so they stuck some controls on it and held onto the game. There's a reason why the Cube version isn't out yet.
I'd like to see the Cube run Kameo at more than half of a frame per second.
I find plenty of things boring; I don't waste hours per day talking about them online.
The shooter, like all genres, is a sales driven genre. Shooters have largely been stagnant for 10 years, with graphics being the selling point. The Wii allows shooters to emphasize control as their selling point; Red Steel is selling like hotcakes, and not because of it's graphics.
P.S. Metroid Prime is not a shooter
I'd like to see the 360 run Zelda at more than half a frame per second. It can't and it never will.
The wii can do everything the game cube can, and a little more.
And thats not so bad is it.
"Red Steel is selling like hotcakes, and not because of it's graphics"
Yeah, it's because there's no games for the system and that one was hyped more than any other save Zelda. Hype has that effect on lots of games.
"P.S. Metroid Prime is not a shooter"
What is it? Not this "First Person Adventure" shit again...
"So now we're trashing last gen systems for not being able to output the graphics of next gen systems?"
No...we're comparing the 'portness' of Kameo to Zelda. One could be done on the other hardware, the other couldn't.
