And now I want to go back and play those again.
Just beat a few games, might as well buy a new one.
Dave comparing it to OotW and Flashback is a huge endorsement in my book.
It's much more OotW than Flashback. No dialog, no levels, thick atmosphere, and most of the challenge is from situational/environmental puzzles.
I'm loving the crap out of this game, but I'm stuck indefinetly at that point with the 2 pulley weights, any suggestions before I start youtubing that bad boy?
Suggestion: don't cheat.
Other suggestion: that box is there for a reason
wat?
Physics-based platforming and black silhouette foregrounds have basically been the autotuning of the indie development world for the past few years. That one does look litigiously similar, though.
From what I remember there were only two pulleys at the part with the ropes above the gears and the mine cart you can pull around.
Maybe you already thought of the solution but were too slow pulling it off and decided there was another way? That happens sometimes.
BTW love the game, but it really should have been 800 points. It's like 5 minutes long.
Also, call me old-fashioned but I really would have liked maybe a teeny bit of story in here. This gaping narrative wound makes me want to write furry Limbo fanfiction.
Yeah Mzo described the right part, still early in the game. I pull the mine cart out to where it gets stopped, pull the top weight up first, then pull up the second after I drop down, and there is just no way to do that fast enough. Is that the solution, I'm just doing it wrong?
