Hardly and that's a pretty silly conclusion to make based on peripherary evidence. There are plenty of fucked-up kids in this country and percentages favor most of them being white since whites make up 82% of this countries' population. More than that though, had this kid been black the police wouldn't have been called. His grandmother would've just beat his ass.
