Just going by the commercials, I didn't realize until I got to Best Buy today that there actually is an unrated dvd of this out today. I picked it up. I haven't seen this yet, but will be cutting my teeth on the unrated version. Yay me.
Good call, easily the best action movie of the summer.
I just bought the unrated DVD. Supposedly the language isnt cut like the theater version.
This movie is the only sequel movie to come out this year that didnt disappoint me. In fact it was way better than I thought it was going to be.
Agreed, I thought it'd be ok, but I'm actually going to buy, and watch a movie.

I finally saw it last night. Loved it. I want to see the unrated cut, but the PG-13 version was quite excellent and if nobody had told me beforehand I'm not sure I would have thought much about it.
Blu-ray version is PG-13 only. WTF?

What's better about the "unrated" version? The PG-13 was fairly gory, IIRC.

Apparently not much is different. The back of the boxes claim the unrated version is 129 minutes and the rated version is 129 minutes....i guess it takes the same amount of time to say "fuck" as it takes to say "shit". I'd love to be wrong about this...and hear the reviews claim that the unrated version has tons more gore and a shit load of titties, but I don't think thats the case.Quote:
