fucked up sleep schedule circlejerk
Over the last 6 months or so I have completely blown up my sleep schedule. My average sleep time has become 4-5am, and my average awake time has become about 1 oclock. I feel like I'm wasting so much of my day, since I'm only awake about 4 1/2 hours during daylight. I had an 8:30 (am) lecture last semester, and I ended up going to it 1/3 of the time, so I kind of blew that.
Not only that, but pressing the snooze button has become second nature when I'm just slightly conscious. Not until too late do I actually comprehend what time it was that I was supposed to get up. Well, I guess getting up will be my early new year's resolution. I have already made my resolution solution facilitator:
