Agreed this > Gears

I'm prolly going to get both. I think I'm going to buy L4D on PC and then rent it on 360 for achievements and to play with friends who don't have a PC.

LOL at buying this over Gears 2, good luck with that.

Good luck with what? Spending my money on a product I'm more excited about? Or playing with the other thousands of people who won't want to just play through Gears. (I will be picking up Gears shortly after as well)

Gears is going to cream this game, thinking otherwise is foolish.

I never was thinking that, that doesn't mean this isn't the better game (I Haven't played GoW2 or This yet though so it's hard to say)

I'm going to bet it's not though, L4D looks fine but Gears it isn't.

Hay, I have this crazy opinion:

Both Gears 2 and Left 4 Dead will be fucking awesome.

(day 1 for both)

That's kinda what I'm leaning towards, I finally watched the videos shown of GoW2 from E3 and jesus it looks awesome.

Fuck I can't wait for both.

I don't have enough time to play both. It's one of the other. Gears wins this by leaps and bounds. I'm excited for L4D, too, but if the first Gears was great even with all of its problems then with the additions being put in I cannot see it being less than game of the generation when it comes to multiplayer.
