You actually go through the level to the midway point...then turn around and go back, and the items that were there are still there but no new ones...oh yeah and on the way back it's a fucking HURRICANE and on and off you can't see shit and everything's totally flooded and FUCK
grarbulargh. Playing this game without decent teammates is so impossible. They threw three tanks at us at once right at the end of a level, I killed ALL THREE, and saved the last guy, picked him up twice, and then right after I picked him up the second time I dashed for the house so I could shut the door on the oncoming horde until the boat came. My teammate went the other direction? Anyway I got inside the house, spun around and shut the door and at the very instant the door closed a jockey jumped on me from behind. My teammate was dead. The boat arrived. The jockey humped my neck until I died, and he steered me right to the front of the boat. Then I ragequit lol.
What difficulty? Killing 3 tanks is pretty balling. I usually just run.Quote:

I got the first tank in a run-around in a house with my shotgun. The second tank was weakened, two full shotty clips did him in and I dodged behind a hedge. The third tank almost killed me but I popped an adrenaline shot and did the super runaway for a second, and just shotgunned him down with help from the incapped teammate. The other two I was strictly solo, that last one at least had the pistol picking away at him. The level in question had a nice hedge maze that you could really lose him in. There weren't any other zombies around to slow me down or I would have bit it.

Every single campaign in this game is awesome but Heavy Rain really is the standout.
Getting the 'Sob Story' achievement was intense.
Best integration of "real world" weather in a videogame I've ever seen.
