I need a tissue for my issue.
Same kinda boat im in usually. L4D is different though. The mod support will be so much fun and better on Steam. I'll be all about playing a Night of the Living Dead level, a Zombi house level, a Dawn of the Dead level at my very own monroeville mall. You will NEVER get this on 360. I'll prolly just get both versions .
Also, this game should be 30 bucks TOPS.
I played the demo last night on expert and shat myself.
Fan-fucking-tastic. Runs at 60fps on high even on my shitty rig.
Add me on your Steam Friends list if you haven't already: Deeetour.
damn..what the fuck happened in this thread. ah well..preload time!
I'm getting the PC version, my boyfriend is getting the 360 version. Best of both worlds!
I like the PC version for the controls and modding capabilities (my computer isn't powerful enough to run it at anything above 1200x800 at all high settings, so resolution isn't an issue), and I like the 360 version because that's where most of my friends are going to be (which is kind of important for a co-op game) and because although PC users can use mics as easily as Live users, they're much less likely to and I think voice chat adds a ton.
Although, now that I've said I look forward to playing with friends, I have to say playing with random strangers who suck isn't the horribly offensive experience it can usually be in online gaming. It adds to the whole zombie movie mystique, with a bunch of people who don't know each other trying their best to survive but fucking each other over in remarkably stupid ways. This is one multiplayer game where rampant stupidity can actually be more interesting than just playing well.
lmao, I can't believe Cap said that bullshit about not having a $1000 PC when he has a $3000 Macbook.
