I'm downloading this right now off of cheggit.
The best part of the video so far is that you know this bitch gets raped.
lol this really is the worst porno ever.
I rate it 0 out of 5 sweaty palms.
UNFAPPABLE.
Its on a few sites I frequent. I honestly did not check it out. I will post the link of the vid in the "proper places."
I typed "Left 4 Head" into Google, and Google said, "Are you sure you don't mean Left 4 Dead?" STFU Google, I meant what I typed in, now don't make me feel bad about it.
Having difficulty finding out where to get it, but Lord knows I've gone through greater lengths to watch porn before, so no worries.
EDIT: Well I found it...and watched it...and now I kinda feel bad for having watched it. I dunno what I expected from a Left 4 Dead porno, I mean, a hunter to rape Zooey? And you think that's cool, but then it actually happens in the porno, and I dunno, it just feels wrong watching it. :(
So, can anyone let me back into the TNL clan on Steam? I'd love to play games with people, but I think the fucker that hacked my account a while ago left it. What an ass.
the TNL clan is useless.... just send FR to one of us.
what's your steam name? I can send an invite.
This is better than left 4 head.
I finally got this shit, anyone want to play?
ALSO: I'm not going to be around at night for like, the next five days, but I still want to play with TNL.
i'll play :)
360 or PC? If it's 360, I'm down.
I'm definitely in too. I've been itching to play this lately.
360
if im on when you boys play send me an invite
I'll be down early afternoons and late night (1pm est)
awesome, im usually getting home from work at about 1pm, so i should be able to play
LOL FUCKING HELIPAD NOOOO.
Laggy is bad too, but playable!
Holy shit that tank threw me off the roof of the building so I didn't make it. As the chopper came. FUCK!
lol360.
Man whatever I got no time for your anti-console jive.
I'm not as staunchy as Yoshi, but for source games you have to have a sped computer to not be able to run it.
GET TO DA CHOPPA!
I can run it. Not great.
I can play some, but I prefer Gears because it is not the same 4 maps (oh wait).
L4D is great except when they keep spawning tanks at the most inopportune times (like when I round a staircase and there he is).
Yes.
I really feel like I missed the boat on this game, even though it's stupid fun. Everyone who plays now knows the maps, knows where to go, knows approx when/where the tanks are showing up, and it just takes that danger element out. That's the only problem with playing through a game designed for co-op the first time: If you don't play co-op it's a complete waste, but if you do, and you do it with people who have done it already, it's not the same. That's why WoW was most exciting when we were on the forefront of our server.
That said, this game is so fantastic. The pacing is just wonderful/wonderfully random but there's really never a dull moment. The half an hour or so it takes to play through a level seems like much longer, and it's just a full half hour, no bullshit, all gameplay. I love it. And it means you can squeeze in a lot of fun in a half an hour. (longer on higher levels due to retries.)
In two attempts I have not survived No Mercy still. Jesus. The second try I almost made it, then the chopper landed but I was hurt, so as I was hobbling to the chopper I got overtaken and murdered while my random teammates ran on ahead. Jerks.
That said I'll probably keep it out for a few weeks, then send it back and pick the game up for keeps when the new content drops. ... Or maybe I'll keep it now. If I keep now through gamefly it'll be like 27 bucks. I'll think about it over the next couple of days.
Play it on expert. Knowing when things are probably showing up makes things even more intense, since you also know that a single mistake can kill you.
I played the Demo on expert, but I'm not going to play with randoms on Expert. With TNL I will.
We need Nash to get in here for expert help. I can try but I know I am no good at it.
Yeah, Expert is definitely out of my league. Still a ton of fun, but I get murdered every 10 seconds.
I've finished No Mercy on expert. Going to attempt Blood Harvest next. I know those two episodes inside and out thanks to playing way too much versus.
i haven't been able to complete a level on expert, but I'm willing to help anyone try :)
The problem with Expert is that any friendly fire = instant game over. You have to move fucking REGIMENTED with the shotties crouched and the autos over the shoulders.
Advanced is the best difficulty for a decent group who doesn't enjoy the pain of the expert challenge. The zombies are way harder/deal more damage but the FF damage still isn't insane.
Because they always come in slightly different places/from different sides you can't really set traps effectively unless you trap everything. I love this game.
It's weird to see some of the better FPS players here say they can't handle Expert. I think I'm one of the weaker FPS players on TNL, but I was able to go through three out of four of the campaigns on Expert with only one other human player. The campaign that required all four human players was Blood Harvest (because the final act is such a bitch).
The keys I've found to beating Expert are: 1) have a leader crouched in front with a (auto) shotgun as the group progresses through the level, 2) whenever there is an incoming horde attack, get back against a wall with two players crouched in front and continually melee, while the two in back stand and shoot, 3) if there are no walls for the incoming horde attacks, everyone should huddle together with two people crouched and melee anything and everything coming at the group, while the two other people shoot (but not each other), and 4) whenever a Tank attacks, just light him on fire and run, even if it means backtracking a whole bunch. The fire will eventually kill it. Fighting it head on will only get most of your group killed.
I'm down to help anyone out on Expert if needed. Just send me an invite if you see me on.
I don't understand how to outrun a tank. They move faster than you.
Your Expert strategies are right, that's what I was saying. You need guys in front crouched and guys behind standing, but even then it's very difficult, any FF mistakes are huge, and if you get behind early on health you're probably fucked. I like it! BUT, Advanced is much for fun for some casual play.
In a straight sprint, you can't outrun it. However, if you can maneuver between obstacles and/or get on high ground, it will take the Tank time to go around and/or climb over the obstacles, giving you time to create some space between it. Don't try to get near a small car, though. It will knock the car straight until you and instantly incapacitate you.
Also: Most FPS'es are nothing like this. The number of targets is incredible sometimes, and it's just so fucking hectic, so a lot of people who are probably really good at FPS'es may have trouble with this.
Even in games like Halo or CoD you don't really face situations like this. Halo is different because most enemies aren't even dangerous most of the time, and they really don't come in numbers like this/get up on you this quickly/YOU HAVE POWER WEAPONS FOR SHITFUCK SITUATIONS. This game is like, pure twitch half of the time. Which is great. I get a LOT of headshots.
A lot of popular FPS'es are way LESS twitchy than this. You can outthink people in a lot of FPS'es, or maneuver yourself into 1-on-1's, or ambushes, where you're focusing on a limited number of targets. Left 4 Dead has you fighting like what, 60+ targets at once that are all fucking BUMRUSHING YOU right into your stupid face so you can't even see what's going on.
It's totally fucking rad. It needs like 20 more maps and then a sequel with even more baddie types. There needs to be some medium-class zombies. Something that's like, a quarter of the way to a tank...or maybe a few scattered zombies that have learned to use SIMPLE weapons like clubs, just to spice it up and give you some more target-prioritizing.
More tips I would like to add for Expert:
- I think pills are generally more important than health packs. They don't last indefinitely, but you take them immediately. Health is most important in horde attack situations and in we-need-to-run-like-motherfuckers situations.
- Once at a safe house, if anyone is at below 50 health, kill off that person before you close the door to load the next chapter. Those killed will respawn at the beginning of the new chapter with 50 health. If they have any items, the items will still be on the ground (unless picked up by other players).
- If you have nothing to light the Tank on fire and have to fight it straight up, try to get it to chase you around something large like a building or bus while shooting at it. Again, don't use a car because it will knock the car into you.
- If you don't have four human players, have someone be Zoey rather than the AI. The AI will always have Zoey use the hunting rifle (whenever available), and that's pretty useless against hordes and Tanks. A combination of auto shotguns and assault rifles are the way to go.
- Whenever someone gets barfed on by a Boomer, everyone should swarm to protect that person rather than running off to protect themselves. The person who got barfed on usually can't see and won't be able run to a more optimal area. Also, the group stays together and everyone can back each other up.
- Always try to save a pipebomb for when the rescue vehicle shows up. It will dramatically increase the chance of the entire group making it to the rescue vehicle alive.
I'll add more as they come to me. Hopefully some of you will find these tips helpful in tackling Expert.
P.S. - And yes, Cow, I love this game, too. I've gone through every campaign a bunch of times, but it just never gets old. I see what you're saying about how this game compares to other FPSes. I guess I'm more of a twitch shooter.
I would rather have health packs than pills, especially on expert. I save pills for the tank.
I don't know though, expert seemed easy enough, if you tone down the difficulty by using alot of these strategies, you may take out some of the fun to be had with this game. When expert gets easy, the best part of the game is done, so its best to savor it while you can.
John got this on the 360 and only has the 2398759287598475 zombie achievement left, but I know Dave just bought it and I'm getting it when stores open today... which means we'll need a fourth!
And yes, on the 360.
I'll be up for a game, depending on the time. I still have... most of the achievements left.
I am up for Expert run with Cow/Nash or whomever. I just need to be coached to be effective :D
Like I said, I'm in for any game but for the next few days I won't be around during prime gameplaying times. If you see me on I'll respond to any L4D invite.
Trying to play random matches late last night was a terrible idea. Just like any other game, all the matches you find that late are full of retards.
My thing with health packs is that they take forever to apply, so you usually have to wait until the coast is clear to use them. But since the coast is clear, you don't really need them (unless your health is so low that you're moving extremely slowly). So I usually save my health packs until I start seeing black and white, since they reset the number of times you can be incapacitated before you die.
You're right that my tips make Expert easier (and maybe less fun). But I think it would take a group of four really good players to free-flow it through. My teammates aren't usually that good, so we have to stick to a gameplan in order to make it through.Quote:

I don't know how it is on the PC, but on the 360 if you get incapacitated three times, you die. You then have to wait to respawn in a closet and be rescued by a teammate before you can rejoin the fight. If everyone dies, then the whole group has to restart at the last safe house. This can result in a campaign on Expert to last for three or four hours.
I'm getting on now, unless the gears crew is on and hijacks me
Yeah but I mean, in the heat of battle, if I have to choose medipack or pills, I just see almost no advantage to the pills outside of tanks. If I get knocked down, big deal, they will bring me back when the fight is over and I could medipack myself if I felt so inclined.
I actually wish this game had put in another mode which did not allow setting the tank on fire, or people coming back to life in closets. Well, some sort of punishment for dying, it seems pretty loose as it stood.
Dying pisses me off real bad. Isn't that enough?
Fucking incompetent teammates! I killed 400 more infected than anyone last campaign, had top stats in everything, and still died.
Cow get in here right now!!
FUCK COMING
If you had it on a real system, we could play.
That was pretty awesome Cow. My friends are slightly better at L4D than Gears 2 lol.
Yeah it was!
Gat damn that was fun! I can't believe we made it the fuck out of there. As soon as I heard that tank I was like well...this is over.
Since I'd gotten the game from GF I'd only been playing normal with randoms, but Advanced is absolutely the must-play difficulty. They just send so much more shit at you all the time.
Normal = for playing with my girlfriend. Advanced = the fucking business with TNL. Expert = if I've got an afternoon to waste.
I've cleared each on expert and pretty good at saving people's sorry asses from special infected. Would play advanced if you need someone else who is reliable/non-retarded.
Me and Mzo both just bought this for ZBOZ.
I'll be playing it sometimes
Kill yourself.
I'd be interested in playing this on expert if someone were willing to support my ass. I'd love to get those damn achievements...
Edit: For XBOX 360.
I think they're gay together.
I saw you two playing, Dave, but evidently you have two other friends and didn't want to play. I'll be playing tonight sometime, probably after the hockey/yankees....and maybe after the ncaa.
N C DOUBLE AIDS
you faggots could have bought it for $25 on PC two months ago.
but now you're late to the party and playing it with a controller.
you boys and your PC boners
right, the ncaa game sucks. Time to hop on this.
Anyone want to join Cow and I?
GOD DAMN IT!! i would love to join you guys, but I gotta go in to work early tomorrow. So i can't tonight
Steve and I need some more peepz. Where you at?
Aw man, the raging erection that is DumpTruck gets more limp by the second.
consider me flaccid :(
Those 2 randoms we picked up were AWESOME. We rocked through 3 of the 4 acts under 40 minutes each on advance. I really want to do expert with them, we barely even died and that one guy kills witches in 1 or 2 shots.
For real. However, I now know all the tricks, so there's the tradeoff.
I'm out of town until the night of the 9th, but I'll be on from then on out.
Cow or anyone else, get in here for Expert Run. Bacon and I are waiting!!!
shitshitshitomw
"Alright we're home fr....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
That tank came up from underneath, what bullshit. Can't believe we did Expert, never thought I could do it but with 2 good teammates it is awesome.
For real. We're gonna have to stack up the achievements for all the campaigns eventually.
My wired controller may be busted. This is my newer one. The right trigger started going off on its own near the end of the last game
Maybe we can do another expert run tonight?
I'm away for a couple of days.
Actually I might be around tonight after 11:00 P.M.
make up your mind nancy
I'm getting on now, but I think my brother is going to play it for the first time. He's chillin' with me tonight.
He doesn't suck total ass, if you want to play some easier difficulty games with him please do.
Advanced is weaksauce. Now it's all vs. mode or expert imo. Advanced is like a vacation.
Versus mode is hard as balls. I finally won a match by dragging my RETARDED team kicking and screaming across the finish line, barely. I love how as soon as the tank appeared they scattered all around and all got picked off. I had to revive all three teammates as the chopper was flying in.
I just don't understand how these other teams are so coordinated. A smoker will grab a dude and the first person to react gets hit by a hunter, and the other two teammates are INVARIABLY fucking off somewhere. I need some actual vs. teammates. Dying from 100 health because I am AROUND A CORNER and nobody decides to care is so annoying.
I don't think I have any vs. mode zombie achievements. Actually, I think I have one, the drag a player 100 feet one. Shit is HARD.
Ok you homos, I'm gonna see if the blockbuster near me has this. If it does I'll bless you with my presence. I'm not buying this game twice.
Anyone playing tonight?
I am up for it later, not sure if Cow can. I only want to do Expert tho.
I'm not up for it today.
But I AM up for it tonight! around 8ish?
I bet everyone is doing Easter shit. Fucking christians.
U JEW?
1/2
I'd like to play these shits because there's a bunch of friends (from the Internet and otherwise on it), but I don't need to be spending cash right now and can't justify a $60 purchase. If I see it for $30, I'd nab it and play once in awhile, but I don't see that happening.
Probably not so much team coordination and more that the person playing as the hunter was just paying attention/got lucky/your teammates are stupid. Any one or a combo of those. As a hunter you usually have to wait for a teammate to make a move to have any real effect and I'm sure most learn this within a few games.
The FREE L4D Survival Pack update is out today:
http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/ga...0830?cid=SLink
The Left 4 Dead Survival Pack introduces a new multiplayer game mode, entitled “Survival”, plus two complete campaigns for Versus Mode.
Let's do this tonight.
