I have nothing I want to change about myself. Just other people.
I already started my resolution in December, which was finally adding cardio to my workout. After months of working out with no cardio and noticing that my gut would not disappear, I bit the bullet and added cardio after lifting weights. I have to get up earlier on my workout days, but I'm sure it'll be worth it in the long run. Let's see if I hit 200 lbs. (I'm currently 214), or at least lose 10 lbs. of fat.
