2006 NFL Playoffs

If a team moves to (or starts up in) an area where there wasn't one previously, I think you're allowed to switch. Like Orioles fans who jumped to the Nats. If the Nets move to Brooklyn I may evoke this, especially since I'm nominally a Knicks fan. But obviously this is only possible because I don't care that much about basketball.

Conversely, if your team leaves your area, you're a free fan, no questions asked.

You're also allowed to root for multiple college teams if you attended, and received degrees from, multiple universities. I am free to hop between Rutgers and Virginia bandwagons as I see fit, without question. I paid (and am still paying) for that privilege.

Giants will probably suck next year regardless of who is coaching them...Tiki's shoes just aren't going to be filled that fast. After another overrated season ends poorly, Weis and TDJ will probably be sick of each other and he'll be in the Meadowlands by 2008, sumo wrestling with Mangini.

This one comes with a ting of controversy. Like Yoshi said what if you were in a frat for one university, but not in one at the grad school.

If you were in a frat, you didn't go to grad school.

There's no such thing as a free pass to be a fair weather fan. One team and one team only per league, and the NCAA is one league.

Um, Tiki's shoes are going to be filled by Brandon Jacobs, whom most pundits in the NFL is really high on.

The Giants sucking next year will be more towards having a pretty horrible back seven and a defensive coordinator who lives by the cover 2 that has his corners playing 10 yards off the receiver on a 3 and 5.

Pundits are never right, just ask Mike Vick, Ron Dayne, and Brian Bosworth. (And that tackle for the Raiders, what a schmuck)
