Also he didn't jump up to the ring apron like the old days, even being a jaded wrestling fan hearing Brock's music was a true mark out moment.
I'm not expecting Brock to be anywhere close to what he was athletically in his last run. His New Japan matches were usually okay, and his IGF one with Angle was good, but that was a long-ass time ago and before Brock suffered a couple bouts of diverticulitis and nearly dying. I still think he can have great matches though, they'll just be a different kind of great. 'Taker can't have the same kind of great matches now that he had four years ago, but he can still have great matches that are slower, but focus on telling a story. Part of me hopes they have Brock-Taker at WM, since 'Taker can plug Brock into his formula and have something special, and Brock will hopefully have a handful of matches under his belt again to shake off the ring rust.
YES! YES! YES! YES!
..shut up AJ.
Orton was going to play the lead role in the new Marine movie, but the real Marines were pissed because he was a deserter, so he got nixed from the role. Maybe they'll have Ted Jr. do it again.
I hope it's some sort of change for Cena... doesn't even have to be "heel" turn, just shake up the character a bit.. it's been stale for 6+ years now.
With the Anti Bullying message he's promoting I don't expect much of any change. I don't get WWE booking I'm not big on Woo Woo Woo Zack Ryder but he came off a hot angle with Kane and keeps getting buried. Squash matches shouldn't happen at a PPV if Sheamus wins the Rumble people are expecting a great match but if they curtin jerk a World title match like last years it speaks volumes. Anyone notice that some big Wrestling sites didn't point out Lord Tensai whom most expected to be Japanese is a clean shaven Prince Albert/A Train? I've been watching Wrestling too long. The Edge DVD is $4.99 at Best Buy this week. 24/7 has been really enjoyable lately.
Wrestling sites spoke as if he was a new prospect. He's mid card at best.
