It's a sad day for instant food. The man was a genius, and I still use his invention on a weekly basis. A packet of roast beef ramen plus a pair of eggs and a few spices just makes a bad day better.

I'm making some chicken broth right now (boiling down carcass from roasted chicken), and within the next few days I will use it to make delicious gourmet ramen, using it to substitute for water/dry packet.
