Why make it complicated? Things are much easier when you don't work with the girls imo. Honestly I can't wait until I get down there. As of right now I'm working my regular 60-70 hr per week job and spending every other waking moment designing a kitchen, planning meetings, working on a menu, finding and pricing equipment, ETC!
