Lets try to remember here, no matter how much the republicans want to grasp at straws and say "well, we intended to use Iraq as a shield against terrorism, better there than here!" and "We needed to invade to keep Iran in check." Its still not even REMOTELY close to the reasons the Bush administration gave for going to war, and no you can't let them off the hook for it.

I'll say this again, if this was a democratic president making these same decisions, and giving these same reasons, Republicans would be roasting his balls and serving them as appetizers.

I love France and I hate responding to this seriously, but, France has pulled troops out of Afghanistan recently as most other European countries, while the Canadians are the only ones sticking in there.

Oh don't get me wrong YAWA, we were there to avenge Bush's daddy, everybody knows that. That's what Bush wanted, what Cheney wanted was a front line base in the middle east. Whether it be for gas or the attempted destruction of a religion is what I am trying to decipher.

Yeah, I have this friend (more of a friend of a friend), and he is just back in iraq on his 4th tour i think now. He just got rank, and one of the younger members with him asks how he shoots children.

He replied "aim lower".

This other time we were eating and some woman comes up to thank him for being so proud and upholding american values abroad and whatnot.

Soldier friend: "thank you for giving me a chance to kill innocent family's."

Woman(suprised): Thats Rude!

Soldier friend: "If you think its rude to you, you can guess how rude it was to the familys"

The moral is, I hope all 20,000 come back this crass and hilarious.
