That's kind of a bullshit answer. It just shows laziness and cynicism. If you want someone worth your vote to vote for, find them. Then work to support them in their candidacy. And if you can't find someone, nominate yourself. No one better supports your views than you do. Otherwise quit complaining. The reason there's a two party system is because there's a shitload of people in the two parties. If you want a legitimate third party, it's gotta begin with the grassroots.

But by the same coin, your answer shows hopeless optimism.

There's nothing hopelessly optimistic about knowing how the system works.

It was like a half hour of terds falling out of Bush's mouth. Essentially it boils down to "Well we'll just throw enough mud on the wall and some will stick". Some bullshit about stablizing Iraq and stopping Iran and Syria and some other random shit that was pretty meaningless.
