Ahh but does anyone follow it. Plenty of times I have seen cars without lights on during rain, sleet, and snow. Unless the cops enforce the rule ... laws are guidlines. And yes I drive with my lights on when my wipers are on.

Its one thing on a highway going through a town. Its another on an Interstate highway where the speeds can exceed 65. You don't see the car behind you barrleing down going 80 with no lights on. You're trying to get over in the left lane to get around the Tractor Trailer thats causing your car to swerve. You almost get rear ended by the moron. So yeah I hate them too Thief.
