That's simply not true.
Yes it is.
Firstblood has a great imagination and Diff has a poor imagination. Mystery solved!
Or not. It's because of the lack of foreshadowing on the show. The producers and writers just sprung it on unsuspecting watchers perfectly.
Battle of Blackwater was, for example, better in the book.
Joffrey has done some awful shit, but dissing sigur ros is the most vile thing ever.
How is this thread not blowing up? Has everyone here read the books?
Anyway, Facebook was fun this morning. I really need to get my girl through Six Feet Under so we can start watching this.
I guess because there weren't enough explosions and be-headings in the first episode?
Or maybe people don't like the week to week agony and want to marathon it all at once?
All I know is I've thoroughly enjoyed the last two episodes, though they've reached the point where an hour isn't nearly enough time to visit each character's story line. It's a bummer to go through an entire episode with no Arya.
Bran's actor is aging too quickly for the show too.
Well, that was just about the lamest possible way that Joffrey could have died. I suppose he could have slipped in the tub or something.
But it really isn't the lamest way to die. Has the TV show discussed The Strangler? (Sorry if that's too much of a spoiler inside of a spoiler. Also, I don't know who some characters are but I watched the clip on YouTube - was that Dontos who told Sansa to leave?) As my friends have watched the show it has been so fucking hard to bite my tongue every time they complained about Joffrey. I actually didn't really like the books but I was a huge fan of the character behind all of this, and from the first few episodes I watched the show looks leaps and bounds better, so I'm interested to see how they handle the murder mystery.
