Doesn't the comment Oberyn died about a day before Tywin did from that confirm that Tywin Lannister will be dying the day after Sunday's episode took place? Or am I an idiot and that's just speculation from people about the post?

either way... and I know it's worded poorly and probably doesn't need to be in the thread... the link is supposed to be for people that read the books, not watch the show.

Not trying to be combative or anything, and it sucks that it spoiled for aren - if it helps, Fight Club was spoiled for me before seeing it AND I just yesterday mis-read something Yoshi posted - but how is that worded poorly?

"Link to something that spoils things for TV-only fans" is as clear as day to me.

Still, I guess I should have posted it in the book thread even if it's old. I was just thinking, since the show has definitely nodded to some fan "conspiracy," they might bring it up in the show. (Especially, considering the passages he pulls in that link, when it's a pretty spot-on notice.)

I haven't read the books and your post was as clear as a sunny day in the desert NOT to click if you don't want to see a spoiler about an upcoming death.

Well, I thank you for the vote of confidence. However, the opposite occurred so there must have been a way for me to say it differently. Hence, why I was asking. Thinking on it, perhaps I should have said something like, "SPOILER LINK: Text of link" or something similar. I hate that it's in retrospect - my girl specifically asks for what's coming next so I tell her. Otherwise I try to stay quiet as I enjoy people reacting to the story.

ah.. yeah I understood it as well... I enjoyed the link and thought it was interesting, but I've read the books.

I was just trying to figure out why someone was fooled by it and noticed it was kind of awkwardly worded.

The label was fine. Aren was a retard for clicking on something that contained spoilers in the first place. Since spoiling the book would spoil the show anyway... if you're up to date on the show (which aren is) then there would have been no benefit to clicking that link.

I just went back to read the what Calliander wrote and I indeed didn't realize it was a spoiler FOR TV-only fans. It was worded funny, but since I glanced at it and clicked away, it's on me.
