I was indifferent to season 3, which was really disappointing after the first two seasons. So far, I'm finding season 4 to be an apology for season 3. I'm hoping Dexter's carefully-constructed life goes flying off the rails even half as badly as it could at this point. Rita called his bullshit in under 2 seconds this episode.
I definitely agree that Dexter need to rack up a better body count. 2 people this season is pretty weak, although that's obviously part of the point. At least psycho-cop felt like worthwhile prey. Seeing Dexter in top form dealing with her was a lot of fun.

The biggest question I have now is how the Trinity thing is going to be drawn out now that he has a bead on him. He knows where he lives, what he drives, he's could kill the dude next episode.

Yeah, but he's going to try to learn from him and hold off on killing him.

I don't know, Dexter doesn't seem to tolerate letting people get away with shit.

Dexter's world is falling apart, Trinity seems to have it down to a science. I see Dexter letting Trinity live long enough to learn how he manages it. He's already impressed with Trinity managing 30 years without being caught, or even particularly subtle. Doing it while managing a family is quite the trick.
I bet the wife, at least, knows Trinity's secret.

Awesome episode. It'll be interesting to see how Dexter reaches out to Trinity.

The show got interesting again. Dexter's cat-and-mouse with Trinity in the building was good. Rita actually catching on a little bit is good. Lundy getting shot and killed made Trinity an actual threat and interesting. More than serial killer of the season.. Last season I thought Miguel Prado was an interesting character they screwed the writing up for. Shoe-horning the Skinner in to the whole season seemed really needless.
I actually want to know what Dexter's going to do next.
