I think there's somewhat of a sliding scale. We should be most vigilant about spoilers in threads about story-heavy games because 1. people play through games at varying paces 2. there's plenty of non-story discussion a member might want to see and 3. we're a fucking gaming forum. Personally, I think RPGs should have two threads - one for story discussion and one for game discussion. Films shouldn't be spoiled because one ADD motherfucker read the script two weeks before the premiere, but if it's been out for a month already? Stay out of the thread. With TV you're on your own...it's not our fault you didn't catch Season 9 on DVD yet from two years ago or something. Granted Bbobb was talking about an episode that aired two hours ago, not two years ago, but seriously, stay the fuck out of the thread until you're caught up.

I just got turned into a wolf in Zelda and I don't consider that guy's stuff from the other forum a spoiler. Granted, it was in an "initial impressions" thread, but it looks like the thread naturally evolved into impressions of the whole game, so it's no problem.
Let me reiterate something: don't read threads about movies/games/books/whatever whose plots you are engrossed in. If you want to discuss 24 without the chance of someone spoiling the ending for you, make a thread about prior episodes or something.
You're not alone, sleeve. Ed Norton is Tyler Durden.

Yeah what's even funnier is when I made a thread about the
Movie Village here. It was called the "Village Spoiler
Thread" only read if you have seen the Movie. Yet somebody
still complained I spoiled the Movie by entering the thread.
