If you feel so inclined, go dig up WWF The music vol.4 or 5 or any of them and look at the copywright information. It doesn't say "Hardyz music used by permission of Columbia records" or whatever other company.

The Hardyz theme is stock music, regardless of what the CD may say. It's used all the time in ads and at sporting events - for a freakin' year it seemed like every update on the Torch included some nonsense like "I heard the Hardyz music in an ad for a tractor pull! Whassupwitdat?!" The answer they always gave was it's stock music. A great deal of WCW themes were stock, too. You can look this all up at
