Hooray! Now they're going to update the DRM and, undoubtedly, cause problems for the consumer?

Releasing this shit ain't always a positive...

Why not? This is not a chicken and egg scenario. Piracy came first.

Mind you, like shidoshi, I am not at all a fan of DRM. But I do not fault companies for wanting to protect the source of their revenue.

Protect it so much that I cannot do what I want with the media that I purchased? It's no fair use at all if I want to rip the movie onto my harddrive for my viewing pleasure instead of having to use the disc every time.

I know piracy has been around before these movies came into play, I'm not arguing that, but why hinder my use of a product I bought? This is just shitting on those who aren't at fault because others decide to break the law. So fuck them and fuck DRM.
