Rogan is a very funny comic, and Ari definitely has his moments as well. Carlos Mencia is a hack, he does steal, and I've seen him do it.
I love that Rogan puts these people in his place. Last time he was on O&A he got a room full of comics, many of whom were personal friends of Dane Cook's to admit that Dane is a joke thief. He's fighting the good fight, and that's why he comes out on top.
I like how Carlos tries to slam Rogan as a bad comic, but like 10 months ago when this feud started, I heard him on the radio saying what a great comic Joe was, and how despite the fight he had a lot of respect for him.
That's because he doesn't want to get his ass kicked by Joe. Though I'd like to see that fight.

Thats great stuff I think Rogan is a shitty comic (and helped kill the man show) but I applaud him for standing up against comic theft I never found Menica funny and the only reason he got big was that Comedy Central needed another angry minority after Dave left and unfortunately hes the best they could come up.

I've seen him on late night shows. He tried to be funny but it didn't work.

Joe Rogan was ok when I heard him on the comedy channel on Sirius. Nothing to write home about, but I can see him being the shit for people with different internal laugh tracks.

Joe's talked about this for years and Carlos was in the audience for this and decided to take Joe on about it. Except he had no defense.
What the Store is doing to Joe is total bullshit. Joe never made any kind of threating remarks or gestures to Carlos. Joe doesn't need to threaten Carlos. They both know Joe would Carlos' ass and Joe knew he had the stacked deck for the argument, he kept it where he needed it. He won, everyone sees it and the club is mearly siding with Carlos because he can sell more tickets. Like Joe said on his site, it's bullshit and it's a major problem in the stand up comedy field.
I think Carlos was trying to get a physical threat out of him. All he did was call him a pussy and a bitch, but Joe kept the argument right where it needed to be, and didn't take the bait. For Carlos to say he felt "physically threatened" is horseshit.
By the way, Carlos filed a complaint with MySpace and Youtube and had the videos pulled. Because he's gay.
