I'm in the middle, aiming to move up into the second-from-top section by the end of next year (which is where I should be anyway, but no previous "real" experience placed me there).
I make about 15.5 grand a year, living paycheck to paycheck supporting the family and going to school every now and then. I'm probably taking a little pay cut soon since there's a likely chance I'll be changing jobs.

I can (usually) handle it. The worst you'll have to do is find a place with people you don't know, and 2 out of 3 times i've found awesome people who never bother me. The 1 time i didn't, i was paying $200 a month for a monster of a room, and i still wouldn't have moved out of that if a jackass hadn't bought and rebuilt the place.

Me too. The one bad thing about being poor is you can't afford good health insurance. B&N provides, but it doesn't cover everything. Cancer scares me, not because it could kill me, but because it'd be so fucking expensive i'd let myself die before i got treated.

I'm a beginner journalist. This is my first real job and I'm leaving come the end of May. Right now I'm sending my resume to PR agencies and other news outlets to see if I land anywhere. Oh, and I also didn't get accepted into the Peace Corps so I need to land a new gig.
I can't imagine why a guy with a Soviet avatar would get rejected by the Peace Corps.
