That sure looks a lot like Checkers.
In Montgomery, AL, we had Checkers. Then Checkers closed down and Rally's opened up. Or maybe it was the other way around. in the end, they both closed. There was some agreement only one could be in the city at the same time or something.
Also, that commercial is racially offensive. The cat bag deal pales in comparison.
