The damned ESPN commentators are so terrible.

"He stole 8 bases last year, Joe Morgan"
"I say that would qualify him as a non-base stealer. He doesn't steal many bases."

"I have 8 walks issued by Yankees pitchers today, Joe.)
"Yeah, you can't walk that many here in Fenway because the Sox offense just comes alive."

Someone tell them that none of the 7 Sox runs got on base via walks pls.

Every inning they say such irrelevant and stupid things.

(and lol @ them just talking about Arod running on the 3-2 with one out in the eighth and sounding stupid.)

Fucking Francoma. There's a whole bullpen full of rested arms out there and he brings in Okajima for the third day in a row. If the Sox lose now that's all him.

...it was a fucking 5 game series. All of your pitchers pitch so you don't need your rotation set up cuz all your big guys will pitch a game. I hate you, Joe Morgan.

I like ESPN showing the same "update" 4 times in the same game. It's not an update when I've seen it 3 times already and the content is a good 8 hours old.

I don't know why I put myself through the heartache of watching these last two games; after blowing the Pettitte game there was no hope for winning another game. At least we exposed Dice-K as a punk.

My guess would be being the greatest playoff team in Baseball playing the greatest choke team in baseball, and being up 3-0 in a 7 a game series against the chokers.

I would think losing all 4 remaining games in that situation.
