I would say 360 for two major reasons:
1. Exclusive DLC which will apparently be huge
2. Multiplayer options are apparently incredible, and IMO Live works better, and besides which I'm sure most of TNL is going 360, so I'll have people to play with.

Multiplayer aside, what is better than 3?

So how is everyone getting it today? I almost got it just now by tricking a clueless KMart employee to get it for me from the back until the manager came out of nowhere and said 'it wasn't in yet'. To which I replied 'those copies?', as I pointed to the stack behind the glass case in the back.
I guess I shouldn't have stuck my head in the back to show the woman where the copies were, but she would have never found it on her own.
I have something tomorrow night that will seriously cramp my playtime tomorrow so if I can play tonight, that'd be bonus.

I'm in Limbo, I really didn't enjoy the GTA 3 series at all, but this one using Euphoria deserves merit. However Multiplayer sounds awesome.... augh.

That's my concern, everyone who liked 3 is probably going to like 4, but what about people who hated 3.
