They didn't say "sell more." They said they got more revenue (sales * price). Plus, doesn't Microsoft set the XBLIG prices?
at least XBLIG has an Arika puzzle game. Protect Me Knight is kinda cool, too.
I believe MS sets a low limit on how much you can charge based on file size, so those $1 games need to be pretty small. I'm not sure if there's an upper limit.
