It is, I have no idea why the guide button just gives a battery display with nothing else. I do let it auto-shutoff a lot too, though that obviously wastes some battery power.

Using an XBOX controller on PC is pretty ghetto to start with, so it fits.
I should talk - I'm using a controller S with XBCD.
The guide button does stuff in GFWL.
I just remove the battery pack. Takes two seconds.
I had no idea what to play after beating Botanicula earlier today, so I poked around my Steam library a bit to see what caught my attention. Noi2u Love 2 is fun, but non-mappable controls are annoying. Pixeljunk Eden looks great on my monitor, and probably deserves a bit of time. It's definitely nicer looking than the PS3 version, somehow. Not really taking with me at the moment, but I'm glad it's there and hope to get back to it eventually.
SpaceChem, though... I'd had this since an indie sale or bundle or something and had played a couple levels before walking away, slightly confused. It turns out I just needed one more sit-down for it to click, which it definitely has tonight. The Gamasutra post-mortem reminded me it was there, and now I'm doomed. Apparently, I'm in the mood to program chemical bonds.

Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition and Dragon Age 2 bundled together for $10 on Amazon. I don't think I can resist that.
I would've saved the $2.50 and just bought DAO.
Rrrfff
DA2 ain't Steam redeeming anymore, is it?
I don't think DA2 was ever on Steam. Just the expansions for Origins.
I got an Origin e-mail the other day with a free copy of either Spore, Dragon Age Origins, or Battlefield: Bad Company 2. It's going un-redeemed.
I'm not sure if the promo code is transferrable, but if anyone wants to try it, feel free to PM me.
